About us
ELMER A. BAQUIRAN, Chairman Emeritus, Founder and original incorporator, Professional Agricultural Engineer and member of the Philippine Society of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers. Previously Dealer Development Coordinator and Senior Sales Engineer of Ford New Holland Tractor Distributorship at Sime Darby Pilipinas, Inc. for 4 years. With a starting capital of P17,000 from the payment of unused sick leave after resignation and a credit line of P1 Million from his previous company he started his own trading firm, the Agri Component Trade.
The company incorporated by Engr. Elmer A. Baquiran with his partners Roland Realista, Eduardo M. Villamor, Danilo B. Cariño. Agri Component Corporation was registered with Securities and Exchange commission in October 1993 mainly to engage in trading of agro-industrial machinery.
